Molto buoni i carciofi alla giudia e il supplì. Non eccezionale la carbonara e la cacio e pepe, che arrivano nelle padelle (scomode) piuttosto freddi. La carbonara in particolare era un po' asciutta. Il servizio è gentile e attento.

Genial, se come muy bien, nosotros pedimos pizzas para compartir y fenomenal. Éramos 7 personas y un carrito de bebé y Manolo nos metió dentro ya que hacía frío, sin problema.

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare recentemente alla Canonica e l’esperienza è stata molto soddisfacente. Ecco perché lo consiglio senza riserve: Atmosfera e location Situato nel cuore di Trastevere, il ristorante gode di una posizione molto suggestiva, perfetta per una serata romantica o una cena tra amici. La sala interna è curata e accogliente, mentre la zona tavoli all’esterno, lungo il vicolo, contribuisce a dare quel tocco tipico romano che rende l’esperienza più autentica. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile: ci hanno accolta con gentilezza e senza attese eccessive. Cucina e servizio Abbiamo assaggiato alcune specialità della cucina romana: la cacio e pepe e la carbonara sono state ben presentate e con ingredienti gustosi. Anche un secondo “tradizionale” ha confermato la buona scelta del menu. Il personale è stato attento e pronto a consigliare e spiegare piatti e contorni; il servizio è stato rapido ma senza risultare frettoloso, fatto apprezzabile in una zona frequentata. Qualità/prezzo e consigli utili Per il centro di Roma e data la posizione in Trastevere, i prezzi sono onesti, considerato anche il livello del servizio e la location. Consiglio: • Prenotate in anticipo: la zona è molto frequentata e avere un tavolo garantito è un plus. • Se volete godervi la serata tranquillamente, chiedete un tavolo all’interno o in parte più riservata rispetto al vicolo. • Provate a chiedere al cameriere il consiglio del giorno, magari qualche piatto stagionale o accompagnamento con vino locale. Conclusione Un ristorante che unisce lo charme di Trastevere con una cucina romana ben fatta e un servizio curato: perfetto per una cena piacevole nel centro di Roma. Sicuramente ci torneremo!

Il locale è molto grande e scenografico con tutte le luci che fanno da sfondo in una cornice , aimé troppo turistica, di Trastevere ormai non c'è più nulla ma non solo in questo locale. Il cibo, nel mio caso la pizza e le bruschette, sono di qualità discreta che non giustificano il prezzo. Nel complesso e per finire non credo di tornare.

Terrible experience at La Canonica – never again. I had clearly mentioned in our reservation that we wanted to sit outside. When we arrived at La Canonica, they told us our table was inside. I refused politely, and later asked again to be seated outside. Shockingly, they insisted we had to sit indoors and became extremely rude. One of the waiters was nearly physically aggressive towards us. We were there with our family, as guests and tourists, and explained our situation calmly—but were met with hostility. This behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the hospitality one expects in Italy. I will be filing a formal complaint and will never return to this place.

Het eten (lamsvlees) was heel smakelijk en een royale portie , de tiramisu was lekker, bediening was attent. Gezellige sfeer. In andere reviews las ik dat de prijzen vrij laag waren, dat vond ik niet: €8 voor een glas wijn, €18 voor het lamsvlees. Ik heb met verbazing gekeken naar de enorme wachtrij om een tafeltje te krijgen. Er was een snelle bediening, maar ik vond de bediening niet gehaast.

Un estupendo lugar para cenar, ambiente muy agradable, los platillos de buen tamaño y buena relación precio/calidad. La atención de Miri excelente. La mejor Lasaña que he comido sin duda. Les recomiendo hacer reservación con anticipación para no esperar mucho para entrar.

The food was amazing, in our case we ate the carbonara pasta and it was great. Service was fast but not nice at all, they looked at us almost like they didn’t want us there and when we paid, they didn’t give us our change back.
