Fabulous service and food presentation was spot on 👌 Absolute, hidden gem in Ragusa!
It was a Bday celebration for my best friend. Frankly, service is ok, polite but a bit distant. Food-wise, not a wow but pleasing; UNTIL we discovered a teeny-teeny live worm in my frd’s wife’s chicken dish. They changed the dish for my friend’s wife & 1 of them noticed that I dared not touched mine (I ordered the same) & removed it too. I must commend him of being observant & quick to respond. What’s disappointing was: all along, not a word of apology, & towards the end, no offer of free coffees (not included in tasting menu), not to say to waive the wine we ordered, such personal touch is what a Michelin starred restaurant should have possessed. We have been to many top restaurants in many places, some had offered a sparkling wine or a dessert once they learned it’s a celebration, be it birthday or anniversary.

Personale molto cortese e preparato. Cucina di ottimo livello. Un grande piacere. Ambiente moderno ed elegante ma tollera un abbigliamento informale. Non trasandato però. Merita la visita.
