Ristorante gourmet di alto livello, ottimo il cibo ed il servizio dove tutti i camerieri sono gentilissimi. Locale adatto a cene romantiche.

Il locale molto accogliente, il personale gentile. Abbiamo ordinato 4 piatti, i due risotti erano super, gli altri due piatti buoni ma normali, forse da un ristorante così ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più

Cena piacevolissima. Servizio attento e professionale, mai troppo formale, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Staff giovane, disponibile e preparato. Cibo squisito, piatti curati e davvero ottimi. Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere.

Overall solid cooking skills, all ingredients were fresh and high quality. A tad lacking in flavor department, for example pumpkin soup was somewhat bland, simple tweaking would have brought out flavors better. Those are small shortcomings however. Overall very pleased with the meal

Abbiamo apprezzato l’accoglienza, l’ambiente rilassante che invitava a godersi il cibo, il servizio preciso e gentile ed i piatti che abbiamo gustato ( tagliolini all’astice, orata, baccalà fondente e per concludere bonet super buono)

Over pricy. The food did not meet our expectations of a Michelin awarded restaurant. Some food were unfortinately over cooked, e.g. Beef Wellington. The staff were rushing and stressed. The wine package was very good thou.

L'accueil très chaleureux, le menu 0dégustationtrès intéressant, les plats sont graphiquement simple, les goûts correspondent parfaitement à l'énoncé les cuissons parfaites. L'association des vins à recommander car il sublime les plats. Les amuses bouches du début ne sont pas très fin et ne sont pas à la hauteur du reste. Le personnel est très aimable et compétent.

We really liked the atmosphere. The primi dishes was the best. Segundi tasted good but was a little poor by lacking of sides.

We had the tasting meny, friendly staff but not fully aware of all the ingredients in some of the dishes. Some really good flavour combinations but also some questionable combinations. Overall a bit too scattered in terms of flavour and taste to justify the rather high prices.

We are a real fan of Alchimia. Excellent food, both a la carte as well as the gourmet menu. Original, but at the same time, not pretentious. Fresh, high quality ingredients. We love the location ( Milan central) , the venue is sophisticated and spacious. The service is friendly and efficient. Overall a top, Michelin starred, experience. Highly recommended

Good food and wine but it was not doing enough to stand out and so a little over priced for a city full of great restaurantes.
