Ristorante Colosseo "Luzzi"

Our visit was very pleasant, we made a booking and as we arrived when showing the staff our booking this was granted and we didn’t have to wait in the line. The staff were very friendly and for English speakers spoke great English. They were on top of your needs although was very busy. Food was absolutely delicious and at a very reasonable price for the location and service, We will be back in Rome soon and will be going back here for sure!!

The food was as authentic as I expected, very fresh and tasty. The atmosphere can be a bit chaotic, but that adds to the charm. Overall, it's worthwhile to go and a great value for the money. I highly recommend you get a reservation before you go, as this place is always bustling.

The best pizza we have had in Rome. Had the fungi pizza and white wine - So good. Near the Colosseum.

Staff were very attentive and pizzas and gelato were delicious.

Carbonara was ok and lasagna good. I liked the bruschetta.

What a fantastic find, right next to the colloseum! Really friendly staff, great food, with a real rustic Italian vibe about the whole place and half the price you would pay anywhere else. In our 4 day trip, we went here twice. Momo, the head waiter was great, engaging and attentive. Love this place, and we will be back!

Der Service war sehr nett. Die Pizza war allerdings nicht gut. Sehr schlecht belegt, trocken und wenig Geschmack. Einziger Vorteil: Sie war günstig. Lieber 1 € teurer und dafür gut belegt. Die Lasagne war lecker!

Staff so friendly one of them went out of his way to get candle stick for my brothers birthday and put in tiramisu for little birthday surprise. Food was exceptional very good price and all round good vibes. Would highly recommend !

Trattoria Luzzi is a true gem in Rome! The atmosphere is warm and authentic, with a lively local vibe. The pasta dishes were absolutely delicious and the tiramisu was one of the best we've ever had. Highly recommended!

Kellnerin hat sich nichts aufgeschrieben und auch das falsche Essen gebracht. Getraut hat man sich nicht es anzusprechen, weil sie genervt und aggressiv war, aber das verstehen wir bei diesen gut besuchten Restaurant. Leider waren die Muscheln nicht frisch. Wir haben Spaghetti Vongole bestellt und es war sandig und Vier von acht weiße Muscheln waren geschlossen. Die Nudeln haben auch nicht geschmeckt, denn sie waren zu dick und hart. Bruschetta hat gut geschmeckt, und betrogen wurden wir auch nicht.

Tout était parfait: les plats bien sûr (pâtes aux fruits de mer) mais aussi la gentillesse adorable du personnel qui a réussi à nous servir vite et bien alors qu'il y avait un monde fou.

The staff is incredibly rude and uncouth and I had the worst experience while in Rome. Don't go there unless you want to ruin your trip. Even though many people complain about their behavior I get the feeling they take pride in it.

Simple restaurant with good pizza and pasta. One side of the outside dining area has views of the Collosseum , the other is less nice and your view may be far less majestic. But the staff are nice and the food and wine good and a bargain! It was under €3 (can’t remember exactly) for a 250ml carafe of red. Great option for after a trip to the Colloseum.

Very loud and smoky outside, good if you like to drink and yell at each other , suggest going to Volare' Restaurant just down the street.

El personal muy amable, la comida muy buena y la relacional calidad-precio estupenda.

La carbonara no tenía salsa y el huevo estaba cuajado, la boloñesa insípida, en general mal. Además lo primero que te preguntan es el país del que vienes supuestamente para darte la carta en tu idioma pero... Teníamos una mesa de italianos al lado y no les cobran servicio, a nosotros 1,50€. No volveremos y menos lo recomendáremos.
