Ottimo servizio, tutti molto preparati su piatti e vino. Location intima e tranquilla, lontana dagli schiamazzi da turisti. Ottimo cibo e ottimo prosecco. Rapporto qualità prezzo top.

Verry "snobby" establisment, which isn't their fault per se but still would be nice to have known before somehow. As soon as waiter saw we were some "dumb tourists" he was very unfriendly and arrogant. If you're of the "We only listen to Jazz, only drink wine and eat black spaghetti and pay at least 40 Euros per person for a meal without drinks" kind, it should be a great experience. Atmosphere could have been great with tables at the water and "rustic interiors". For us unfortunately it wasn't. Funny enough one of our meal wasn't even cooked well (Either they thought "those dumb tourists don't care anyway" or maybe it's good taste to have "hard noodles", we don't know).

Truely amazing food, very very delicious. Best pasta we have ever tried! The service was also very nice and we enjoyed every moment there. The atmosphere in general was very cosy and gave the perfect opportunity to experience a nice Venetian dinner.

Even though its a bit of a trek to get there from Piazza San Marco, it was worth every step. The food was absolutely fabulous and despite it being 1/3 the price of everywhere else we dined, it was by far the best. Squid ink pasta with saffron cream and pasta with parmesan cream were both terrific.Buonissimo!

Posto molto tranquillo, abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, il locale è molto accogliente e il personale molto gentile! Direi che, al momento, è la prima volta che mangio veramente bene a Venezia!

super authentisch, sehr gute venezianische Küche, nettes Personal. Selbst die Gondolieri gehen dort zum Essen! Draußen kann man nur zu zweit sitzen, drinnen aber auch recht gemütlich

Tucked away off the beaten track next to a small canal this restaurant delivers all you would expect from fine dining. Beautiful tasting food, fine wines and good service. Well worth a visit.

The ingredients are fresh. Everything goes together perfectly. The staff is amazing. Great wine list. I would seek it out again and recommend it to others.

Es war ein unbeschreiblich leckeres Essen! Ambiente und Lage waren auch sehr schön. Preislich höher angesiedelt, aber es lohnt sich. Wir würden immer wieder kommen

Locale carino, atmosfera tranquilla. I piatti che abbiamo scelto erano molto buoni, ma la quantità dell'antipasto era leggermente scarsa. I prezzi sono leggermente cari, soprattutto il coperto di 3.5 euro, che era decisamente esagerato. Non ho apprezzato il fatto che non mi abbiano fatto assaggiare il vino del che avevo ordinato prima di versarlo nel calice (cosa che altri ristoranti di Venezia hanno fatto). Un po' scarsa la scelta dei dolci.

Very nice location and bit away from the noisy Strada Nuova. Excellent food and friendly service. Not that cheap but for Venezzia more than OK!

Atmosfera familiare. I piatti sono classici ma rivisitati con maestria. Il prezzo, secondo me, è medio-alto. Il servizio perfetto e puntuale. Locale con tavolini anche all' esterno.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The food and wine were excellent and so was the service. The was only point that could be improved: Towards the end of our stay we felt a little bit forced to pay and leave. Otherwise we might have had another drink.

Piatti particolari, speciali, gustosi, insomma cucina eccelente. Posso consigliare la lingua di vitello, veramente una raritá. Anche le paste buonissime (secondo non abbiamo preso). É fantastici dolci ! Sia il cremino che la panna cotta ai capperi ! Il servizio forse un po lento.

Délicieux !! Le serveur a été d'une gentissse il a pris le temps de nous expliquer chaque plat et nous a très bien conseillés au niveau du vin sans pour cela essayer de nous vendre le plus cher. C'était parfait nous nous sommes régalés

Delicious food, polite and friendly restaurant staff in a warm and cosy setting - the squid and avocado starter was especially delightful and not a combination I would ever have thought of- worth a trip!

Nice atmosphere, good food although on the salty side (both pasta dishes were cooked with a bit too much salt). Service attentive at the beginning but a bit slow after the main course which meant that we had to wait quite a while to order dessert and pay afterwards. We liked both wine suggestions!

I ve ordered the special with pork slow cooked and it was too greasy and somehow felt still uncooked, really strange texture. And the panna cotta for desert was too reinvented in the sense that tasted like no ordinary one, and the citron on top did not helped at all

4 years ago we discovered this little family restaurant during our honeymoon and always remembered it as amazing, now 4 years later, son and mother are helped by the younger sister and it all is as amazing as it ever was. We had a great evening, super setting, great and well presented food and a nice selection wines in every price range.

Cortesia, accuratezza nella presentazione dei piatti e alta qualità del cibo. Prezzi in linea per la tipologia del ristorante. Cosa si potrebbe migliorare? L'acqua, viene proposta solo filtrata.

Sehr familiäres Restaurant mit einer kleinen, aber feinen Speisekarten. Die von bestellten Gerichte - egal ob Fisch oder Fleisch - waren von sehr hoher Qualität und haben allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Eine klare Empfehlung für das Team der Osteria Al Cantinon. Einziger Verbesserungspunkt: das tlw. recht resolute wenngleich kompetente Servicetam könnte etwas besser / flexibler auf die Extrawünsche der Gäste eingehen.

Ristorante curato, menù semplice e e ben fatto! Fuori dal flusso turistico di massa, ma con clientela prevalentemente straniera. Servizio ok; nel complesso buon ristorante, anche se avevo aspettative un pochino più alte!

Kleine charmante Osteria. Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Diese Osteria ist auch gut durch Einheimische besucht. Unbedingt reservieren! Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Sehr angenehm. Das Lammkotelett war hervorragend zart. Weinempfehlung passte gut zum Gericht. Guter Wein auch im Glas. Klein, gemütlich und etwas ab der Touristenströme.

We very appreciate this restaurant! It’s a Beautiful place. Prices are correct! Personal is friendly. Only the dessert was not very good even the tiramisu.... But the black spaggetti and the calamareta were absolutely wonderfull, incredible!!!!

The food and service were excellent. Nice quiet place away from the more crowded restaurants near Piazza San Marco. The waiter was very helpful and new all the items on the menu.

Wonderful meal with great service. The ambiance is charming and quiet even though it is near the major tourist thoroughfare. Always make it a point to eat here when visiting Venezia.

Multo bene. Das Essen war ganz hervorragend. Wir können dieses Restaurant nur sehr empfehlen! Thunfischsteak, schwarze Spaghetti, marinierter Lachs und Fischplatte = total lecker und ausgezeichnet auf den Punkt gebracht. Habe mich persönlich in der Küche bedankt! Ciao Christoph

Good wines, very nice service and excellent food. The seats outside were a bit inconvenient, probably a pillow would fix that (?). Recommended place out from the busy tourist location.

Excellent food, service, staff, and value for the quality of the good. Waiter very willing to offer suggestion for wine pairing and I was able to have wine by glass not on menu. Setting is quaint and rustic. Lovely evening at this restaurant!

Piacevolissima serata, in tutti i sensi... per gentilezza, per l'ambiente accogliente e curato e ovviamente anche per il gusto dei piatti. Un indirizzo molto valido nella grande confusione veneziana.

Service was a bit indifferent. We were greeted in a fairly lukewarm manner and sat for a long time before someone came to take our order. Once service began, it was professional and efficient if not warm. Food was generally excellent, though the vegetables were very overlooked and an order of potatoes arrived when we had completed the majority of our meal.

Tutto molto buono e ben servito. Il prezzo un po' alto ma in linea con il resto dei ristoranti di Venezia. Molto carino anche il locale.
