The staff was very attentive and professional. The food was outstanding—exquisite taste and presentation. Our party ordered eight different plates, and each one was a hit. My personal favorite was the steak. I also recommend the panna cotta.

Serata speciale in un ambiente piccolo ed accogliente: abbiamo mangiato benissimo, siamo stati trattati con cortese attenzione e con piacevole "famigliarità" dal titolare e dai camerieri. Abbiamo condiviso brindisi e chiaccherate con il tavolo vicino al nostro composto da due coppie di americani simpaticissimi...che altro dire, non potevamo chiudere la vacanza a Firenze in modo migliore!

The carbonara was probably one of the top two carbonara dishes I have ever had, and I eat a lot of carbonara. The bistecca was cooked to perfection and seasoned nicely to provide just enough flavor. I would strongly recommend this restaurant to travelers and locals alike!

Experiencia culinaria. Es verdad que no es un sitio barato, pero merece la pena, por el trato recibido, por el ambiente y sobre todo por la comida. Es fabulosa. Nos pedimos como entrante un carpaccio, y creo que ha sido el mejor que he comido en mi vida. La manera de servirlo y disfrutarlo es maravilloso. Después tanto el plato de pasta fresca como la bistecca alla florentina estaba muy ricos. Nos encantó. El trato del personal muy individualizado y con cariño. Lo recomiendo si se quiere comer en un sitio tranquilo, poco turístico y con comida sabrosa y riquísima.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our meal at your restaurant. The bruschetta, the bistecca, the grilled vegetables, the tiramisu and the Chianti Classico were all superb! Our servers made great suggestions and were very attentive. We would highly recommend your fantastic restaurant!

One of our last meals in Rome - we wanted to have Bistecca Fiorentina and Ristorante dei Rossi was excellent. Everything we had was delicious and we would return without hesitation.
