Famous big Tuscan wine producer. Elegant and great for a special occasion but it is otherwise quite expensive. The Fritto Misto was huge with a lot of fried zucchini too. I think it was for sharing instead of for one person

Best meal we had in Florence. Beautiful restaurant, pastas and chicken were delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff. Try the tiramisu!

Our server was inattentive and brusque. It was obvious the Italian speaking customers got his better service. This was a recommendation by a local guide. The food was very average and we were disappointed and would not recommend to fellow travelers.

Wine was fabulous. Particularly enjoyed the Tuscan White flight as our month of travel in Italy revolved around Sangiovese/Super Tuscans and Brunello. Having the experience to enjoy these delicious whites was welcome! The starters were excellent and portions surprisingly large. Service was professional, as is to be expected from an Empire like Frescobaldi. My Lobster pasta main course, while tasty, looked like it was thrown on the plate, no garnish or care in presentation - which was a surprise given the care in the My companion also shared the same sentiment with her pasta. All in all, a lovely dinner and recommend oeniphile and food lovers visiting florence give Frescobaldi a try.

Loved the intimate seating and atmosphere inside. Our server was delightful, helpful, courteous and attentive. OUr steak was absolutely cooked perfectly and delicious. The gentleman that met us at the door was such a delight to visit with. The graciousness of the staff and the deliciousness of the food was outstanding.

The truffle pasta is to die for. Everything was cooked well and we were very appreciative to have such great, attentive service. Great atmosphere and happy experience overall!

Tutto veramente ottimo! A cominciare ovviamente dal cibo, curato nel sapore e nell'estetica. I miei figli soddisfatti più di me. E poi un'atmosfera signorile, un po' oscurata dalla presenza di tre o quattro cafoni sbracati che sedevano ad un tavolo non troppo lontano dal nostro. Anche il servizio ineccepibile, i camerieri gentilissimi che si interessano di come vanno le cose ai loro clienti e se tutto è di loro gusto.La loro assiduità si è dimostrata piacevole.E' così che si fa!

Location intima e raffinata, con ottima musica di sottofondo. Menù molto ricco. Eccellente la cucina, con piatti della tradizione toscana sapientemente rivisitati, senza snaturarne i sapori ma anzi esaltandoli. Cantina notevole. Ottimo servizio, attento ma non invadente. Torneremo sicuramente!

The food and service are both wonderul. Great location near Pallazio Vechio. And the interior is relaxed and charming. They also have a good wine list. Grilled octopus is outstanding!
