Always a pleasure to dine here when I visit Florence! The service is friendly and very accommodating, the food is always outstanding (my favorite is the Florentine T-Bone steaks). The ambience of the restaurant is very warm and comfortable, even when crowded it is still easy to have conversations. When you’re in Florence, you must visit and experience Trattoria il Gabriello.

Delicious meal served in a formal but relaxed atmosphere. The staff was so kind and friendly. Christina is the best! Highly recommend for a memorable dinner. We went for NYE! Happy New Year!

We ordered a steak about 1 kilo, when check out we found it shows 240 euro, we thinking it is wired so we asked for the menu and recalculated it again and find it should be 214, before this the restaurant insist the price is correct until we all argue for it. If we don’t argue or just ignore the bill they will just let us pay almost 30 euros more👎

Food was excellent. Staff was very friendly with our small children and very welcoming to the special requests that entails. The price was very appropriate and maybe even a steal for American prices of similar quality and service. Would absolutely go back.

Locale carino in pieno centro, il servizio buono leggermente dilatati i tempi di attesa delle comande. Abbastanza rumoroso, causa di alcuni avventori particolarmente chiassosi, usciti loro, l'acustica è subito migliorata nonostante il locarle fosse pieno di gente. decisamente caro il coperto 6 euro a persona ...complessivamente buono.
