Perfect in every way. I came here first in 1980 with my parents and remember it vividly. I’ve been several other times but it was Wonderful to come back once more. Delicious, friendly, helpful staff. Couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Grazie Mille!

Great food. Good ambiance. One of the best experience in Venice. Service could be more attentive for people who made time to book a table. Best expresso martini in the whole world!

It was a good experience, with good food. When we first arrived, the person who met us at the door seemed cold at first, maybe snooty or indifferent. We worried if we made a bad choice. But the served were far more friendly, and everything was fine, wit good food and wine.

La comida muy buena, el trato por el camarero que nos atendió muy correcto también pero tardaron 45 minutos en servirnos los primeros platos, y así todo … lo de caro ya se ve en la carta …

Très cher pour 3 plats, restaurant pourtant conseillé par l’hôtel. C’est le véritable restaurant attrape touristes. Nous avons fait largement de meilleurs tables à Venise et moins cher. La gentillesse des serveurs ne compense malheureusement pas ce prix exorbitant

The restaurant is in a very nice area, just behind the theatre. We had an outside table which was nice. The front of house was unfriendly and unbothered by his customers. Our waiter was very nice but attending many tables (maybe too many?) - We had to wait quite a long time for our food to arrive (average food), so long that we decided not to have anything else and left after the main course. I would not recommend this place, expensive and touristy

We previously reserved a table and arrived early so decided to have cocktails sitting outside. Unfortunately the armchairs were taken so sat at a table. When our 2 cocktails arrived ( porn star martini + another) we didn’t like either of them. I explained that I drink porn star martini in London & it usually has passion fruit juice in it. The waiter shrugged & said well this is the way we do it here. I left mine. When our meal came the lamb was absolutely delicious but where the vegetables I ordered with them I asked? The waiter went off but didn’t return. We finished our lamb and, after I complained to the head waiter & our plates had been cleared a plate of vegetables appeared with 2 spoons! Useless!,! We sent them away & complained again receiving 20% off . It was supposed to be my 70th birthday treat. A ruined evening & complete failure. We had a meal the next evening which was enjoyable & fun at quarter of the price.

Ordered a beer and it was served in a Red Wine glass. When I asked the waiter to bring a proper beer glass, he showed up with a smaller white wine glass. I gave up and drank it from the bottle.

The food and service was amazing! It was our favorite restaurant during our time spent in Venice!

Long after taking the order-- and as other appetizers were arriving we were informed that one of the ordered appetizers was not available; then we were brought wrong main courses for two people. While the restaurant didn't charge for certain errors, the money was irrelevant. When one goes to a supposedly good restaurant in Venice and is forced to conclude "non abbiamo mangiato bene"-- the restaurant should be embarrassed-- and other customers should be forewarned.

Excellent food and service. I had lunch, which I prefer, so it was quiet, soothing and intimate. Excellent veal and soufflé of potato’s with mushrooms. I had the chocolate mousse. Amazing. Restaurant is on the gourmet side, smaller rations and exquisite flavor and presentation. I loved it.

Reserved a table at 16:00 so we could eat before the opera. No one ever mentioned that they only have a light menu at that time. Dinner was a bust.

Prezzi esorbitanti con porzioni molto piccole. Ed inoltre oltre al coperchio di 5 euro a testa mi sembra assurdo applicare anche una maggiorazione del 10% sul totale scontrino. Posto carino ma oltre a questo nulla. Ci sono altri ristoranti in zona validi e che ti fanno mangiare piatti tipici veneti.

Posto bellissimo in legno e velluto rosso tra vetri soffiati settecenteschi e luci soffuse di candele , camerieri cordiali, piatti ricercati, carta dei vini ottima, prezzi alti ma comprensibili per la tipologia di posto!

Great find close by hotel. I could not fault this place as food, wine and service were great! Slightly pricey for what it is but it’s Venice, so it is expected. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxed evening meal without dissapointment.
