We have been to Venice many times, first time having dinner at this restaurant. Excellent and very caring service. This time we are traveling with our daughter and they were so polite and warm towards her. The kitchen even prepared a separate simple pasta dish for her. Will definitely visit again.

The food was Good but not that much. I paid 63 euros just for a plate of pasta with one glass of wine and water…. It’s to much… Employees were very kind and the music was Nice.

Service is awful. Over priced rip off, cover charge and service charge, why am I paying a cover charge, you offered nothing, and why am I paying service charge, the service was slow and horrible.

Rude waiter just like other reviews say. Half the meals in eaten and returned but taken off the bill. Restaurant has potential but wouldn’t go again.

This restaurant had quite high ratings so we went. Firstly, when water was ordered and brought, it was just sat on the table. No pouring by the waiter. Then maybe a 20 minute wait for ordering drinks. They came maybe 15 minutes later. Some bread was brought to the table, with no butter or oil. Just dry bread. After a while longer our waiter came to take meal orders. We asked for butter which was dropped off in about 10 minutes. Meals were brought out approx. 90 minutes after first ordering the restaurant. One was totally wrong and reordered. First meals brought were nearly finished before the reordered one was brought. At NO time did any waiter or staff ever stop to check on us in any way. The quality of the food was not nearly up to level of less rated and cost restaurants in same area.. At long last after approx. 2 hrs. 45 minutes in the restaurant I gave up on any wait staff checking on us, and I got up and went to the check in podium and requested to pay. Around the corner from this restaurant are two very good restaurants with amazing service and food quality. I can recommend them highly. This one is a hugh disappointment.

Beautiful restaurant, with very attentive very professional staff. The menu and wine list were fantastic as was our meal (the best one on our trip to Venice). If /when we come back to Venice we’ll definitely be coming back here for dinner.

This was our first trip to Venice and we had no restaurant recommendations from friends. I did some research and came across Taverna La Fenice several times. So glad I found it because this was absolutely the best dining experience we had in Venice. Outstanding dinner!!!! Each course was better than the next. I will be dreaming about the veal filet for months! The atmosphere was lovely and the service impeccable!

J’ai commandé des raviolis aux truffes ; je n’ai eu que trois ravioles dans m'on assiette et je n’ai pas senti la truffe ; j’en ai parlé au serveur qui est allé voir en cuisine le chef et on m’a répondu qu’il y avait bien de la truffe donc mon’avis n’a pas été pris en compte

Not one to go to if in a hurry, but the atmosphere and the quality of dining made this hidden gem a wonderful place to go. From the famous pre dinner cocktails sat in comfy armchairs watching the world go by... all the way to having crepes flambee prepared at our table. It was a lovely romantic evening.

This place is absolutely amazing! The decor is beautifully authentic, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The terrace is a perfect spot to relax, and the location couldn't be better. To top it all off, the food was exceptional – every dish was bursting with flavor and truly delicious. Highly recommend! Typical Venetian.

Vitello Rossini was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had, emhanced by a version nice Valpolicello Ripassa in a beautiful room.
