Sin duda, la mejor experiencia gastronómica de toda Italia. Comida de 10, servicio más que fantástico (atento, amable, muy agradable, cordial, servicial… más que genial). Y como resumen, MUY MUY RECOMENDABLE.

This is a most Excellent restaurant. Amazing food and service.

Staff seemed rude and disinterested, slapping plates and glasses down. Sat us at a table that wasn’t suitable to us, despite making a booking. The table was hidden away at the entrance (which meant we were forgotten about). We waited 20 minutes before anyone approached us and our table was even set. We ordered a side-salad that never arrived, and paid in cash and never received the change, the staff kept it as a tip, given the experience did not want to tip. There was an extremely loud group next to us (to the point that it was actually antisocial) who seemed to occupy the attention of all the staff. Although this element wasn’t necessarily at the fault of the staff, unfortunately it overshadowed the dining experience. The staff seemed to encourage this behaviour rather than telling them to calm down a little bit for the sake of all of the other guests. The food was good but due to the overall experience, we definitely wouldn’t return.

Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και ευχάριστο, ο χώρος πολύ ζεστός, ωστόσο ίσως δεν κάναμε καλή επιλογή στα πιάτα. Φαινόταν από τα διπλανά τραπέζια ότι τα κρεατικά ήταν πολύ πιο ενδιαφέροντα, ενώ τα ζυμαρικά που παραγγείλαμε εμείς ήταν παραβρασμενα και κάπως φλατ σε γεύση. Θα ξανα πήγαινα ωστόσο.

Entrato alle 9.30 , ordinazione presa alle 10.05. Purtroppo il cameriere era solo e doveva: Sparecchiare, apparecchiare, prendere gli ordini in sala, portare i piatti (probabilmente ha dovuto anche cucinare) … tra l’altro il cameriere era super professionale, gentile e preparato. si è scusato in tutti i modi, ma non si può lasciare da solo con più di 7 tavoli da servire.

We had been looking forward to this dinner for days and we were really excited for our first evening in Florence. Having traveled a lot in Italy the pasta was disappointing, and I was a bit surprised as it seemed like a tourist trap. Even the rigatoni was not cooked properly, with clumps of unmelted cheese.

Il locale è un po' caotico, ma si mangia bene, e il personale è gentile!

Bel locale, cibo buono, prezzo della carne OK anche se non è al KG. Quindi potresti pagare una fiorentina piccola come una grossa. Prezzi degli antipasti senza logica. Personale non ottimo.
