Comida boa, atendimento bom, o único problema foi a temperatura do restaurante, estava muito quente, inclusive uma mesa ao nosso lado foi embora sem esperar o atendimento devido a alta temperatura.

Sono stato messo in un tavolo a'interno di una sala abbastanza buia rispetto alla seconda sala, molto più illuminata. Il locale è abbastanza antico ed elegante, ha molto fascino e si mangia bene.

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow—took 40 minutes just to place our order, and throughout the meal, the waiter was nowhere to be found. The staff wasn’t welcoming and didn’t provide any guidance or recommendations on the menu. The food was average at best, definitely not worth the wait. To top it off, when the check was brought, the waiter pointed out that the service wasn’t included and encouraged us to add a tip before paying by card. This was, by far, the worst dining experience of our trip. Would not recommend.

This place was recommended from someone who liked it so much he went back a year later. We scouted it out late the night before our 9:30 reservation. It was packed again. The food and service were incredible.

The ambience, the food, the wine, was amazing. The waiter made the experience extra special!! I don’t know his name but on the weekends he lives in Lucca. He made wonderful suggestions!

9:30 seating but didn’t get to our table until 9:50. Table wasn’t set/still clearing the last seating. Finally ordered at 10:30. They ran out of their most popular starter, so we didn’t get that. We got literally two pastas and didn’t get our food until 11:30. Left at midnight still hungry and exhausted. Food was nothing crazy.

Molto aglomerato, non si aspeta molto ma anche con prenotazione si sta fuori un po…all Interno molto rumoroso, molto stretto,….la bistecca alla fiorentina e molto cara e non e la migliore di Firenze, in piu bisogna grande atenzione alla ricevuta! 3 limonceli = 30 euro!! In totale posiamo dire che ok…

I would not recommend this place. This was our second time here and the service to get in with reservation was horrible. Not to mention the food was average. Not worth the wait or hassle.

Our pasta and steak with potatoes was cold. Very disappointing. The serving fee should be mentioned in the menu and even though if it would be mentioned, after our experience it’s not pleasant to pay for it.
