Posto carino. Pensavamo di mangiare meglio, peccato… le nostre paste avevano tutte dei sughi buoni ma erano scotte. Non ci tornerei.

Staff is extremely rude. They sat people based on their appearance and not their reservation time. My husband and I got sat 30 minutes past our reservation time and they stuck us in a closet upstairs while other people that arrived after us were promptly seated in the main area. Food was not good enough to go through that.

Great good: good atmosphere and nice staff. We can’t decide what to eat and ended up ordering Florentina (for one person) and chicken, yummy, will definitely go back!

We were promptly seated and the service was friendly. The food was excellent and we enjoyed the entire experience. We will definitely go back the next time we’re in town.

Unfortunately waiting for 30 min with a reservation is not what I understand as a good service. No excuses and getting the feeling you should be happy to get a seat. There are better less overhyped places.

Trattoria tipica fiorentina. Antipasti buoni (consiglio la focaccia con il prosciutto crudo iberico!). Fiorentina veramente super! Unica piccolissima pecca l’attesa, ma considerando che era sabato sera e il locale era pieno, ci stava tutta! Super consigliato e ci ritornerei!

Trattoria tipica con piatti semplici ma preparati a regola d’arte con ottimi ingredienti . Atmosfera molto “vera”, locale per niente turistico, frequentato anche da fiorentini . Servizio eccellente e molto professionale .

La trattoria e la cucina sono tipici Toscani! Menù adeguato come scelta e prezzi! Super accoglienza e disponibilità da parte del cameriere Maurizio, che ci ha consigliato sia per il cibo che per il vino in modo fantastico! Unica nota negativa, nonostante la prenotazione delle 21e30 ci siamo seduti al tavolo alle 22e10. La persona che gestisce gli ingressi, sembrava lei ad essere scocciata della situazione piuttosto che noi…e non ha fornito spiegazioni quando le abbiamo fatto notare che ha dato priorità ai gruppi piuttosto che alle coppie che si trovavano lì da più tempo! Solo a chi è rimasto fuori per più di 45 min ha portato un calice di prosecco…ma dopo 45 min!! Comprendo che fosse sabato; ma penso possano organizzarsi meglio! Ancora un sentito grazie al cameriere Maurizio che è riuscito a farci cambiare il mood della cena, che non era iniziato nel migliore dei modi! Armatevi di pazienza; ma andate a mangiare alla Trattoria 13 Gobbi!

La Fiorentina era davvero buonissima! Ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che sarò a Firenze!

Highly recommended but we were disappointed. It felt like a factory. We arrived and were sat and given bread immediately and then waited 30 minutes to be waited on. The waiter was unhelpful and even seemed put off that we wanted assistance in ordering. The food was good but not outstanding or memorable in any way.

Very good pasta and a cool space, just wish the dishes were modifiable to remove meat.

Everything about this evening was perfect, super service, amazing food!
