Trattoria Guelfa

We got in late to Florence and we both were very hungry so we decided to go across the street to Trattoria Guelfa. The best decision we made! It felt like a neighborhood restaurant which we love. The Tuscan soup was delicious as was the rigatoni with truffle sauce. The pork sausage and pork loin was cooked perfectly. The best cheesecake and tiramisu we have ever had. The waitress was so gracious at the end of the night... she packed the dessert up for us to take with us. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. A+

This was an amazing place to eat. The struggles of being a tourist is knowing how to pace yourself. This pasta and its sauce it’s amazing and you need to make room for it. It’s creamy and it has an amazing aroma.

Nonostante la grande confusione creata dalle persone che si sono rivolta al ristorante per poter pranzare la signora è riuscita a sistemarci in un tavolo abbastanza velocemente. L'unica pecca è stata la carne chiesta con cottura media ma è arrivata quasi al sangue ma nella bolgia ci può stare. Sono tornata anche il giorno dopo a pranzo e l'ambiente era totalmente diverso. La tranquillità sia nel poter ordinare che scegliere e farci consigliare sulle pietanze, tempi di attesa giusti e tutto molto buono. Il personale è stato sempre cordiale e disponibile.

Above and beyond service and the food was out of this world. The Florentine steak was amazing. We went because of the good reviews and it exceeded our expectations!

Le cheesecake simplement délicieux. Nous avons un apéritif gratuit pour atteindre 2 min. Les filles sont vraiment attentionnées.

Chose the €25 menu. Ribollata uninspiring and Bistecca Florentina poor. Service indifferent. Would not eat there again. Clearly a restaurant not interested in quality and reliant upon the hordes of tourists visiting Florence.

El trato muy amable y cercano, el bistec a la florentina excelente y un tiramos de los que no se toman por ahí, fuera de casa.

Ottimo cibo, atmosfera da osteria, servizio amichevole. Ottime le bruschette miste e veramente buoni i pici. E' un peccato non poter assaggiare gli altri piatti per evidenti motivi di capienza dello stomaco, ma se fosse possibile sarebbe da fare. Ne vale la pena.
