Ambiente gradevole e raffinato. Accoglienza professionalmente cordiale. Servizio eccellente. Buona la scelta del menu inclusi alcuni "fuori menu". Le proposte della chef esprimono compiutamente la valorizzazione della cucina siciliana, con l'uso di materie prime di prima qualità e rivisitazione dei piatti della tradizione con soluzioni interessanti (crostoni di milza, piscipanelle, salsiccia di tonno ed i dessert, per citarne alcuni). Buona la scelta dei vini con preferenza per le etichette siciliane Corretto il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
