Lovely atmosphere , delicious food , friendly service . My advice would be to reduce the size and number of pages for the wine list - I believe very few people like the idea of reading through a big - heavy - book ( binder) of wine options . My opinion . Loved your restaurant . Grazie mille .

Although the restaurant was very good in terms of style and comfort we thought food somewhat disappointing. First courses linguine and melanzane good but second course of courgette bland. Food came too quickly between courses which seemed curious for ‘a slow restaurant’. Staff efficient but lacking in engagement.

We enjoyed a lovely evening at Osteria Ballaro. It has a great ambiance and the food was very good. Staff were efficient and helpful. I would recommend this restaurant, and we will go back next time we are in Palermo.

Had an absolutely perfect dinner at Osteria Ballaro! The interior is genuinely so beautiful with a relaxing and sophisticated ambience. Although the dishes were quite pricey, not a single one disappointed.

Good food and wine selection. Seafood dishes, roasted octopus and grilled swordfish, were excellent! Service, by secondary staff, food runners, etc. was good. With the exception of our main waiter, who for some unknown reason disappeared after taking our food order, never to return. Which was strange as we saw him still there, when we were leaving.

Das Lokal und Ambiente ist wunderschön. Dazu passt der excellente Service und die hervorragende Küche. Auch der empfohlene Wein war sehr gut, nicht zu vergessen der leckere Negroni vorweg.

Osteria klingt eher nach einem bescheidenen Lokal,ist aber nach der Aufmachung und nach dem Aufmarsch einer Kellnerbrigade ein gehobenes Restaurant.Die Küche,nun ja,weckt durch die Speisekarte große Erwartungen die nicht ganz erfüllt werden.Eine tolle Weinkarte ist vorhanden.Abschliessendes Urteil -Service perfekt,an der Küchenperformance muss noch gearbeitet werden.

Both the rooms are stunning and the menu interesting. The wine list is overly detailed; perhaps there should be an abridged for the non experts! More importantly the staff were patronizing and the food arrived so very quickly that it must have been "ready to go"
