Su suggerimento di amici siamo approdati in questo meraviglioso locale, dove abbiamo trovato uno staff cordialissimo e la fiorentina ha solamente un aggettivo: fantastica!! Ci ritorneremo certamente alla nostra prossima visita a Firenze

Great food, prices slightly higher than on website but still worth it

We chose this restaurant to celebrate a birthday while holidaying in Florence. We were impressed with the reviews and on arrival we were welcome warmly and the menu was explained as it was all in Italian. Food arrived and it was great. We ordered dessert and as it arrived we were told that they had a large group coming in and they asked us to have our dessert and what remained of our wine at the bar- which was just a bench facing a wall as patrons entered the restaurant and paid their bill. We refused - we had been there less than an hour. The attitude of the wait staff became very abrupt and the bill arrived before dessert was finished and we were told to pay as we left. When dessert was finished one of our group went out to pay while we stayed at the table to finish our wine. Before finishing a waiter came to the table and began clearing the unused cutlery, condiments, olive oil and balsamic. The manager was spoken to by the person paying the bill and he came to the table apologetically and gave the birthday girl a bottle of Prosecco- too little too late. When we left we saw many very nice restaurants so my recommendation would be eat elsewhere.

Posto caratteristico, famigliare , esperienza positiva , speciale la fiorentina. Personale in gamba. Unica pecca : la toilette.

La prenotazione è andata a buon fine. Locale in centro storico. Spazi ovviamente un po' ridotti ma tenuto bene e pulito. Anche i bagni dignitosi e puliti. Servizio eccellente e cibo ottimo. Rapporto qualità prezzo giusto. Vino della casa ottimo.

Le aspettative erano alte considerate le recensioni lette ma appena seduti abbiamo scoperto che la gestione era cambiata da poco. Ordiniamo un antipasto e due primi ma i piatti ci arrivano tutti insieme e quindi mio marito ha dovuto scegliere quale dei due mangiare caldo. Crostini toscani ormai freddi erano immangiabili, Ravioli tartufati terribili, con il ripieno color salmone con sapore incerto e salsa con un misero cucchiaino di crema tartufata del supermercato allungata con dell’olio di semi. Infine gli gnocchi con il sugo finto per coerenza sempre del supermercato.

Ottimo ristorante '', servizio veloce I ragazzi di sala simpatici e molto attenti al cliente, abbiamo mangiato benissimo, da provare assolutamente. Grazie

It was a very pleasant evening in a small restaurant which expertized in Tuscan cuisine. Codfish alla livornese with beans conquered our taste, other dishes were also outstanding. I could not mention the service which was excellent and very helpful.

Fast, friendly service and fresh, tasty food. Will come back!

The food was good, however our waiter was quite literally throwing the food on our table when we were nothing but polite and trying to speak Italian.

Friendly, welcoming Trattoria. Simple menu of traditional hearty dishes. Service quick and courteous. Unfortunately, the restaurant was a bit empty so the atmosphere was lacking, Nice traditional, functional Trattoria. Would recommend.

Ottimo trattamento, personale molto professionale e gentile, lo stesso titolare da generazioni segue e lavora all'interno.

Not so good. Fish was dry and we had to put back the other dish and they weren’t very happy about that.

We ate twice in this restaurant and loved it both times - highly recommended. The food is wonderful: Tuscan dishes beautifully prepared and with excellent ingredients. Service is friendly and attentive without being in any way pressured. The house wine is really good and excellent value. Altogether very highly recommended.
