It is a restaurant with attentive service, affordable prices, and very delicious food. Since we made a reservation in advance, there was no waiting time at all. In addition to offering free aperitifs, the serving speed was very fast. It is a highly recommended restaurant.

Det började bra med fin atmosfär och trevlig personal. Men maten var hemsk. Ostronen var goda men det kräver ju inte direkt någon talang. Tonfisktartaren var tonfisk. Inga kryddor ingen smak. Någon sötaktig orange gelé till som låg fint på sidan men inte passade till. Varmrätt - pasta med zucchini blommor och räkor, sönderkokta blommor och torra räkor. Råbiffen - en stor klump köttfärs som de skröt om sina 16 olika ingredienser till rördes runt tills det var en osmaklig smet som lades upp på två toast skivor med bröd. Ingen sallad, inga texturer och framför allt denna gigantiska osmakliga köttfärssmet. Vinet serverades enbart på flaska för de ”hade ingen annan öppen”. Enda pluset restaurangen får är den underbart förstående servitrisen.

The dining experience started off fine. The waiter was attentive during most of the meal, and the food itself was acceptable. Unfortunately, the service fell apart completely at the end. When it was time to pay, the waiter disappeared. I had to get up from my table and go to the host stand to request the bill. At the host stand, a woman was processing payments while her dog sat behind the counter — not something I would expect to see in a fine dining establishment. While I was still selecting which credit card to use on my phone, she abruptly tapped the payment terminal to my device, charging the wrong card without allowing me to confirm the transaction. I politely informed her that the charge went through on the wrong card and asked if she could reverse the charge so I could select the correct one. She refused, repeatedly insisting that it was not possible. This is simply not true, as payment systems can easily void or reverse a transaction that just occurred. Her refusal to correct the error, combined with a dismissive and indifferent attitude, made the situation far worse. I even explained that this was for a business expense and that the charge needed to go on the correct card for accounting purposes. Despite this, she made no attempt to resolve the problem or offer any form of customer service. While the meal was fine, the poor handling of this situation completely ruined the experience for me. I would not return, nor would I recommend the restaurant based on how poorly this was handled.

The steak was delicious, and the Milanese risotto was also quite well-prepared. The waitstaff were all very friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant dining experience. However, the hostess at the front desk came across as rather impolite, which was a bit disappointing. This restaurant is a good choice for tourists looking to try fairly authentic Italian cuisine. That said, for those who live in Italy, it may feel like the restaurant lacks some of the local charm and warmth that make Italian dining truly special. And they didn't even ask us if we want the dessert menu.
