Cena veramente sublime! Piatti molto interessanti e servizio ottimo! Veramente un’esperienza da ripetere.
We heard about Terrae from a couple staying in the Tivoli hotel. It was my 59th birthday and we are on a trip celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with “Happy Birthday.” This began a most amazing experience from the service to the food and wine pairings. After briefly looking at the menu, we decided to let the Michelin trained chef, Salvatore, choose for us. What a great decision! Before our tasting even began, we were treated to several sampling delights created with such artistry and flavor that we couldn’t imagine what would come for dinner. When we did have our first course (a Carpaccio “Rose”) it hit the tastebuds with a bang!
Very special restaurant, amazing food. Exceptional service. It's expensive, but it was worth it.
