che dire di piu' sono 20 anni che quando vado a venezia mangio a questo ristorante mi porto' la prima volta l'uomo che ora e' diventato mio marito ,,oltre a mangiare bene porta anche fortuna

The service was utterly careless and the food was very unimpressive. The night prior to this dinner we were at a similar Venician restaurant, but the service was very friendly and the food was many folds better. This trattoria enjoys mich inflated rating and survives on tourists who read overrated reviews.

Leider ist es in den letzten zwei Jahren sehr viel schlechter geworden. Die Auswahl in der deutschen Speisekarte mikrig, die Qualität der Speisen nicht mehr so gut, die Bedienung okay jedoch bekommt man bei einem Umsatz von 86 Euro die Rechnung nach einer Stunde präsentiert, ob man will oder nicht. Ich hatte von der Flasche Wein noch das letzte Glas voll... Wir kommen nicht wieder!

Piatti nella norma,gusti poco definiti, porzioni scarse (impossibile condividere un piatto...). Inoltre si paga il 12%di un servizio (in aggiunta al coperto) inesistente: camerieri poco avvezzi al servizio:la bottiglia di vino ci è stata servita senza neanche far effettuare l'assaggio inoltre ,se non richiesta ,non avrebbe portato il secchiello del ghiaccio (abbiamo preso un bianco). 100€ per 2 antipasti,due piatti principali,1 vino e 1 acqua e 2 caffè. Non consigliato.

everything was fantastic. if I lived in Venice I would be here every week. was absolutely stuffed after pasta (cuttlefish ink, yum!) but the lovely waiter convinced us to squeeze in tiramisu, which was definitely the right thing to do. nothing fancy but just right food done right.

The waiter tried to pass off a dish of shrimp for a dish of langoustines ((When he realized that it would not pass, he said he would try to change the dish. In the end, brought the right dish. In Venice there are restaurants not worse and where it is not openly trying to cheat . Wie immer, ein schöner Abend mit hervorragenden Speisen. Schöner Platz, die langjährigen Kellner sind oft etwas unfreundlich. Das typisch italienische Lokal und das Essen sind bestens.

Trattoria La Madonna, sempre una garanzia! La prima Volta ci sono stato oltre 25 anni fa e ancora oggi non delude. Fuori menù le moeche (granchi in periodo di muta) fritte e baccalà mantecato tra i migliori della città! La granseola non potete trovarla in qualsiasi ristorante, qui la troverete sempre...ottima!

Terrific food and marvellous service ; a great evening what more can you say when your belly is full and your spirit is on a different level!

Our meal at Alla Madonna was very disappointing. We have eaten there previously, and counted it as one of our favourite restaurants in Venice, but this time we felt that they were simply relying on their reputation and producing food that was, quite simply, uninteresting. Both starters and main courses were bland and tasteless, and the meal was scarcely redeemed by the delicious tiramisu and torta with which we finished. Our neighbours on one side had been to the restaurant around 20 times and swore they would never go again. On the other side were a young couple on their first visit to Venice: we gave them the name of a really good restaurant and saw them there the next evening. They were extremely grateful to us for enabling them to experience 'la vera cucina veneziana' as opposed to the very ordinary fare at Alla Madonna.
