Our meal at the St George was in a word- amazing! Such creativity exhibited by the chef and his team. Wonderful combination of flavors which highlight carefully chosen seasonal ingredients! Service was outstanding! Definitely a treasure in Taormina!

Location veramente molto bella con vista mozzafiato e atmosfera elegante. Abbiamo cenato à la Carte e l’esperienza è stata davvero emozionante! Il mio piatto preferito è stato melanzana, pala di fico, foglie di limone e ciccolato ossidato. Chef Salvatore un talento unico!

הארוחה הייתה הרבה מעבר לאוכל, חוויה של טעמים מתפוצצים בפה, צילחות יפייפה, שירות ברמה מדויקת וכמובן שטעים בצורה קיצונית. החסרון היחידי הוא הישיבה במרפסת וחם נורא, אין מצנני אויר וזה היה ממש קשה לשבת בחום. לסיכום במילה אחת-משובח!

The most beautiful plating I’ve ever seen and I’ve been to a lot of Michelin restaurants. The food was also delicious…sea bass was pricey but the most well-cooked I’ve had since my 1.5 weeks in Italy. The canapé was my favorite part of the meal though! Can see why they have two stars!

The food and service was amazing. We did only order two courses each but with everything else they provided it was more than enough food my wife and I. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone interested in fine dining at its best.

With all respect, our dining experiences strechea across continets, from all formal Arpege, to Alinea, and back to Noma and further away east. Yesterday’s dining experience has been a worst of our lives. With all excitement on true south Italian Michelin dining experience, we experienced the most blunt, avarage and tasteless selection of dishes. Our order consisted of - crudo shrimps with peas, red mullet, chefs signature ravioli and spaghetti with sea urchin. If crudo shrimps were merely good, than unforunately that could not been said about the rest of dishes. Ravioli were misbalanced and texture seemed like its done on quick hand. Red mullet had an incredibly metally taste, felt like its only blanched, thats it… Sea urchin spaghetti felt
