We did the 9 course tasting menu and wine pairing. The whole experience was exceptional.

Everything was over perfect: the stunning view, the waiters and waitresses, the dishes… it is the best restaurant I’ve been to in entire life. Thanks to the chief, who made me a special birthday cake.

Absolutely fabulous! Lovely setting overlooking the bay at Toarmina. Exceptional food and service as you would expect at a 2 Michelin star restaurant. The only comment we would make is that we always share a wine pairing as we struggle to manage a full glass with each tiny portion and have always been accommodated in other restaurants, however here they refused to provide a second glass per course, which we found very strange.

The food experience was amazing. Every plate was very delicious and with very innovative flavor combinations.

Not happy about the seats. The waiter leads us to the seat with view being blocked. Before we got seated, I asked to change as no one is using seats in the middle with better view, but the waiter refused. We don’t want to make a scene there so let it go. We were very unhappy about this and my view was completely blocked by tree so it pretty much ruined the whole dinner.

We can genuinely say it was the best meal of our lives. The location, the service, but most importantly the food was exceptional. Despite it being 9+ courses, the timing of the food meant that we were able to enjoy each part fully. Will be recommending to anybody going to Taormina !

An inspiring and delightful 'food as art' experience. Everything was delicious, the presentation sensational and the service team was first rate. We especially appreciated all the choices on the well-curated water menu, many of which we'd never seen before. The garden setting, the plates and the view were also both creative and luxurious. Bravo!

This a beautiful intimate dining room with 8 tables. The service / servers are friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and passionate about their work. The food is near perfection. Each dish made creatively and beautifully from fresh ingredients. Every course served is unique and a delight to all you your senses.

We are from Buffalo, NY. I booked this restaurant for my wife and me for my 75th birthday. She and I are major "foodies," and she is an outstanding amateur chef in her own right. Our two-week trip to Sicily was constructed around this reservation. We had the 7-course tasting menu with the premium wine selection. From start to finish it was "absolute perfection" (my wife's words). From the sculptured butter to the Sicilian cassata cake, it was an experience I will always treasure. Thank you to the chef and all the staff. I also would like to thank the Sommelier for her knowledgeable commentary. Next adventure will be La Pergola in Rome. Robert J Perry MD

Gehobene italienische mit (manchmal unnötig) modernen Einflüssen aus der Ära der Molekularküche mit Varianten von aromatisiertem Rauch, Schaum und Dampf. Stark besonders in den eher traditionellen Gerichten aber nicht jeder Gang hält konstant das versprochene Niveau. Nach Wunsch entweder als Menu oder aus der großen a la carte Karte. Umfangreiche Weinkarte mit vielen regionalen und internationalen Positionen zu gehobenen Preisen. Professioneller durchgehend englischsprachiger Service.
