Absolutely incredible food, service and setting. The best meal we have ever had.

We can genuinely say it was the best meal of our lives. The location, the service, but most importantly the food was exceptional. Despite it being 9+ courses, the timing of the food meant that we were able to enjoy each part fully. Will be recommending to anybody going to Taormina !

Exceptional atmosphere dining outside overlooking the water, and the service and food were exceptional. A very strong two-star Michelin restaurant (and we've been to many).

An inspiring and delightful 'food as art' experience. Everything was delicious, the presentation sensational and the service team was first rate. We especially appreciated all the choices on the well-curated water menu, many of which we'd never seen before. The garden setting, the plates and the view were also both creative and luxurious. Bravo!

Quite simply one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. The setting was stunning, the service was friendly and attentive and the seven-course tasting menu was absolutely superb. Beautifully presented plates with incredible flavours, every one. An unforgettable experience!

This a beautiful intimate dining room with 8 tables. The service / servers are friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and passionate about their work. The food is near perfection. Each dish made creatively and beautifully from fresh ingredients. Every course served is unique and a delight to all you your senses.

We are from Buffalo, NY. I booked this restaurant for my wife and me for my 75th birthday. She and I are major "foodies," and she is an outstanding amateur chef in her own right. Our two-week trip to Sicily was constructed around this reservation. We had the 7-course tasting menu with the premium wine selection. From start to finish it was "absolute perfection" (my wife's words). From the sculptured butter to the Sicilian cassata cake, it was an experience I will always treasure. Thank you to the chef and all the staff. I also would like to thank the Sommelier for her knowledgeable commentary. Next adventure will be La Pergola in Rome. Robert J Perry MD

Auch wenn man Hr. Beck nicht persönlich trifft, lief der Abend perfekt ab. Unsere Empfehlung ist das 9 Gänge Menü mit den korrespondierenden Weinen. Eine Geschmackexplosion, was für ein Erlebnis. Ein wunderschöner Abschluss unserer Sizilienreise.

Gehobene italienische mit (manchmal unnötig) modernen Einflüssen aus der Ära der Molekularküche mit Varianten von aromatisiertem Rauch, Schaum und Dampf. Stark besonders in den eher traditionellen Gerichten aber nicht jeder Gang hält konstant das versprochene Niveau. Nach Wunsch entweder als Menu oder aus der großen a la carte Karte. It was my wife's birthday dinner. We had a fantastic experience. the food was outstanding, the presentation was wonderful and the staff were excellent. A memorable night.

Exceptional service and food was beyond my expectations. Highly anticipated each food course’s presentation and taste. I would have liked a written description for each course due to bad hearing and occasionally noisy in the dining area.

The tasting menu was amazing. The food was so delicious and beautifully presented. I was disappointed with the Cremant that was recommended. I couldn't drink it as the aftertaste was too strong and it was not dry as I had asked. I have had a lot of various Cremant previously and never had one taste like this. So overall we loved our experience apart from the bottle of Cremant. The waiting staff were very attentive and efficient.

The chef is very creative and the food is delicious and beautiful. One of the very best restaurants in the world.

Literally best restaurant I have ever eaten at in my life. We had the 5 course with the premium wine pairing. Every item they brought us literally made our legs buckle.

Probably the best meal I have ever had. Get the tasting menu, each dish is absolutely incredible. The service was also fantastic, I cannot recommend St George enough! We went for our anniversary and I asked for a nice view, and they gave us a view overlooking the bay. It was truly a special evening which I will never forget. Thank you St George!
