We were a group of four. All of the meals were tasty and prepared well, although the grilled chicken was a bit boring and dry. The menu for gluten-free patrons is extensive and interesting.

Great food ; the service was overall good although spotty at times. They handled my gluten-free and dairy free requests fabulously. We did not quite enjoy the overall experience as much as we have in the past, but it is still a wonderful place to eat and I would definitely recommend.

We recommend Il Desco, one of our favorite restaurants in Florence. Our food was excellent.

We made reservations for dinner for our last night in Florence, and it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic, from start to finish. The servers were all very helpful and attentive, even though the place was packed. Would definitely recommend to others.

The food and service at Hostaria il Desco is excellent! From appetizers to desserts this restaurant well surpassed our expectations. And as a gluten free diner I was in heaven with all the assortment of gluten-free options. The overall ambiance was stylish yet cozy and comfortable and the quality of service was superb. It was a wonderful dining experience. Highly recommend!

Sicurezza e bontà per celiaci. Menù completo con glutine e menu analogo separato senza glutine con antipasti, primi, secondi, dessert. Tante opzioni buone. Consigliato per mangiare bene e in sicurezza da celiaci. Servizio forse un po’ veloce, i piatti sono arrivati molto velocemente tra anticipasti e primi e dessert.

My wife and I had an incredible meal this evening. The cold cuts were perfect and my gluten free pappardelle con cinghiale was spectacular. My wife loved her grilled veal and pasta. This restaurant came highly recommended for those who are gluten free and it did not disappoint.

Great atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Really enjoyed the risotto in particular.

Dit is mijn vast restaurant elke 2 weken. Perfecte en vriendelijke bediening. Alleen is er een probleem met de geur van de riolering waar dringend iets moet aan gedaan worden.

This restaurant has both gluten free and regular options, set in a cosy brick atmosphere with lovely servers. Both the pappardelle with wild boar sauce and the spaghetti were delicious. Definitely recommend especially if you crave handmade gluten free pasta.

An amazing meal - I will definitely be back to this spot. The beef carpaccio was simply the best I've had in my life. The Gorgonzola gnocchi also just fantastic. Service was respectful of privacy while being extremely attentive. This was a 10/10 for me and reasonable as well! Can't wait to return!
