Staff were slow and soulless. My pasta was pleasant enough, but my partner's wild boar stew was bland, gristley and contained fragments of bone. We tried to speak to 2 staff about it, but they weren't interested. This was the most expensive, but the most disappointing meal we had in Florence.

Really liked the restaurant, everything was available also in glutenfree option. This is an incredible freedom for people with gluten intolerance. Pasta tasted great. I love being in Italy, and Ioved eating in that restaurant! Service was very good and fast as well.

Lovely restaurant with wonderful hospitality. Our food was fantastic, and the pistachio cheesecake really put it over the top. The wine list was great, the advice from our waiter was spot on, I couldn't be happier with our dinner.

Bene, the music was loud however, and some rude young people were yelling at their table. I'm sorry for the staff because they cannot tell customers to speak softly.

I think this was the best meal of my life! Everything on the regular menu is available gluten free. Absolutely everything was delicious. I’m not allergic to gluten, my husband is and it was superb. Outstanding service, comfortable, friendly, all around amazing. You should have dinner here even if gluten isn’t an issue.

The meal was perfect. Great portion sizes, solid recommendations from our waiter. The perfect bottles of wine. Everything from antipasto to dessert was exactly what I wanted and this was, perhaps, my best meal in Florence.

The decor is lovely, and I was expecting and greeted by my name, which was very nice. I chose here for the gluten free menu, and I was not disappointed, I had the bruschetta and sautéed spinach with wine, all was perfect, I chose the seat at the top of the stairs though, this wasn't a good idea, as there was a cold air coming up from below, so sit elsewhere, that was my only negative thought about this lovely place.
