Great ambiance and service. While the food was Tuscan focused it was not anything unique or special. It was all well done, but I was a bit underwhelmed. I would certainly recommend everyone should go to enjoy the experience.

Very good as all the other visits we’ve had there. But we had children with us and the restaurant was very rigid about changing a food item.

Our waiter was great. He understood our group and answered our questions and kept us entertained !

Nous avons pris un filet de bœuf avec patates et champignons. La cuisson était excellente. À mon avis, il manquait juste un peu de saveur. Le service était très bien. Il y avait un serveur qui chantait et il était très enjoué. En gros, je recommande ce restaurant. En partant, la personne qui nous a fait payer, m’a donné un sac pour faire mes courses

This restaurant was absolutely enchanting. it has such a wonderful atmosphere and intimate feel. We got the lasagna and the chicken and they were both incredible. Especially the lasagna. Also, the owner was so wonderful and personable. 11/10 recommend!

It was a phenomenal experience, the food was nothing shy of amazing and the staff were attentive and kind. They made us feel at home and comfortable. The "Isabella's Lasagna" was to die for and Tiramisu was unlike any other I've had in Florence. 100/10 recommend and I will be returning next time I'm back in Florence.

The restaurant staff was wonderful. They sat us early before our reservation time. The waiter was so kind and pleasant, even offered to take our picture and brought complimentary biscotti. Not good service…. Very poorly seasoned steak and not well rested. So bad we decided to skip dessert. Was honestly disappointed!
