Decor a bit tired but feels like home and not pretentious. You just relax and not stand on your tiptoes all the bloody times. Waiters really attentive and efficient, in a friendly way. Antipasti crostini toscani just as you would hope for, Pasta SantAgnese with panna and prosciutto you just cannot miss, costoletta alla milanese 9 out of 10, rognoncini trifolati really good. Vitello ai funghi lovely. Galletto alla piastra I could hardly spot an ounce of flesh on those bare bones my friend left behind. Chianti reserve that makes your troubles fade away. Torta della Nonna homemade to die for (we all regretted not having an encore). Cucina Italiana Toscana genuina e buona, without the fuss and the trendy bother that sometimes might live you with an empty stomach. I keep going back, what else can I say. Mushroom season coming… yum.
