The Cous Cous Saracena was one of the best dinners I had in Sicily.

Prachtig uitzicht op hoogste punt van Taormina, vriendelijke bediening en smaakvolle gerechten. Lekkere pasta’s en verse vis. Rosé van de Etna goede keus.

The Food is amazing, tastefully delicious, talented Chefs, very kind and helpful. Even called us a Cab. The view is to die for. You must sit upstairs and enjoy the whole experience. I could eat here every night.

Very good experience. Service is great, but the portions is a little bit small for the price.

Amazing food, amazing service and amazing view. What a find! So happy we did the big climb up to the restaurant but easy to get a bus or taxi. Well worth it!

The food was good but there wasn’t very many people so it was a very quiet atmosphere. When we arrived we were seated towards the back of the terrace and there was no one else on the terrace. When I asked if we could sit closer to the front we were told no, as we only made our reservation the day before. No one else sat in front of us the whole time we were there so we could in fact have been seated there…

The location- the quality of fresh seafood was amazing! Unfortunately the attitude, second rate service offered & second rate seating given to “all foreigners” on this evening was a great disappointment not only to myself but to everyone placed on the second row!

Best pasta I've ever had. I forget the name of the menu, but it comes with fish 😋. My husband had the seafood laguine and it was huge! The view? Can't even diatribe what I saw - stupendous! Host was also kind. Will be back. The trek is certainly worth it in the end :). We took the bus up.

A phenomenon culinary experience with the best view in Taormina! Our hotel Casa Giafari recommended this place to us and we’re glad they did. This is literally on the top of a mountain so you can take a taxi, direct bus from the center square or climb the winding steps. I don’t recommend walking up the steps but I do recommend walking down after dinner, approximately 18 minutes. The food, spectacular! The service top notch! Very kind and charming staff. We had pistachio cream pasta, incredible tuna tar tar, sea bass with a baked zucchini crust and seafood cous cous! The food is incredible and probably the most stunning view in all of Taormina.

Clienti da anni. Non viviamo in Sicilia pur essendo siciliani, e quando abbiamo l'occasione di visitare Taormina il Saraceno è una tappa obbligatoria, per la vista spettacolare unita ad una cucina genuina e spettacolare ed un servizio cordiale ed amichevole.

Super tolle Aussicht. Essen ist für den gehobenen Preis nichts besonderes. Aber es war ok. Die Zeit zwischen den Gängen war zu kurz.

Great restaurant with amazing views. Had a lovely meal with wine. The evening was a wet one but we still had amazing views over the bay. We walked from Taormina centre and hadn’t realised how many steps were involved. So just be aware! We decided to Get a taxi home which the restaurant willingly called for us.

I cannot rate this restaurant highly enough. We hosted our wedding party here 9 years ago and Alfio and his team were incredible. We return time after time to an excellent experience. The service is personal, the atmosphere is magical and the views are exceptional, only improved by the lovely food. Make sure you book and visit at sunset!!

Booked when we weee in the uk for a birthday celebration, was a little disappointed as the birthday was not even acknowledged by the staff.

Fabulous setting with amazing views, very friendly welcoming staff and really beautiful food. Great prosecco, wine, lobster pasta, grilled fish /seafood/veg selection, tiramisu & cookie/Cheesecake desserts. Would return to Taormina to repeat this experience again, 💯 % reccomend.

Everything was perfect Very friendly staff and very good service

The staff were super attentive, we were celebrating my partner’s 70th birthday, and we were greeted by two glasses of bubbles. We had booked to sit out on the terrace but as the sun went down, although the view was amazing, it started to get cold. They had warned us that if the inside restaurant was full, they may not be able to move us inside, but after asking, they did move us. The meal itself did not disappoint. We had bruschetta, which we shared. Hard to believe one person could eat all that. Then we both had the meat course which was cooked to perfection. A fantastic restaurant, we would recommend a visit for the food as well as the amazing view. Debbie and Chris 4/5/24

Perfect food, local and high quality, perfect service, kind but not overbearing. Only thing I would change is the music to be more traditional.

Amazing view and food at reasonable prices. We got a cab up from the centre (€20) and then walked back which was absolutely fine- took around 15 mins.
