A great little food and wine experience away from the crowds. Food was more than excellent and loved their approach to wine selection. Just tell us what you like and we will bring you something sicilian. Friendly staff that shared their enthusiasm for the food snd wine. Would set aside time for the whole tasting experience if we return to Taormina.

While there wasn't anything terrible about the experience, the food was underwhelming for the price. This is definitely more of a wine bar, than a restaurant. We enjoyed the different wines we tried and would recommend going for a few drinks. The food was another story. We tried the tasting menu and it was not great. The fish on potatoes as an appetizer was confusing and lacked any real focus. The pasta for the primi was very gummy. It tasted like a gluten free pasta often does and lacked any acid or salinity. The seafood finisher again lacked any real flavor notes. I had 2 bites where it was seasoned well, but overall it was another miss. I wouldn't return, except to grab a bottle of unique wine and considering it was our most expensive meal of a 2 week trip all around the island, it's not a reasonable use of your time in Taormina.

Lovely wine but the food was overpriced for the size of the portions and bread was an additional €4 for four slices of bread…. Nice restaurant and ambience with friendly staff but when we left, the staff were eating dinner which was double the portion that we received…

It was the best meal we’ve had in all of Italy so far. The wine selection is excellent. The scratch pasta was delicious and the food was local, fresh, and prepared perfectly. Their wine knowledge was also a huge benefit.

Good food but to small portions and good wine. The waiter had good knowledge and explained a lot around how the wines was made. That was nice. 😊
