The food was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere was lovely with guests from other tables chatting and a wonderful atmosphere. This restaurant is something special.

Ottimi piatti cucinati utilizzando materie prima di eccellente qualità e presentati in maniera altrettanto valida. I pochi posti a sedere permettono di gustarsi i piatti con pace e tranquillità. Cosa piuttosto rara in una città turistica come Firenze.

Gabriele is passionate about producing high quality, seasonally appropriate food. Surroundings are basic, but don't let that put you off. Service is attentive and friendly. Value very good. We enjoyed two beautiful meals at B.O.r.G.O. on our recent trip.

This is a gem of a restaurant. The menu is creative and the food is delicious. The owner is a very genial host with a wonderful laugh and a quick smile. We plan to go back. Highly recommended.
