The food was okay. The fried artichoke was under seasoned. The waiter kept talking about himself and a past failed relationship. He also made a rude comment about tipping. We were put in a table at the back, that had no atmosphere despite having a reservation. Would not recommend sadly.

Chaque fois que je viens à Rome , je viens déjeuner ou dîner chez Giggetto . Les artichauts à la juive sont un must ! L’ambiance n’est plus tout à fait la même qu’avant mais le contenu de l’assiette et le cadre sont incontournables ! Je continuerai à y revenir !

The food and service was outstanding. We tried many things. My favorite was the mussels and carbonara. My husband ordered the lamb and it was very moist, tender and delicious. Alto our server made our night with his fun loving spirit, outstanding attention & generosity.

deciamente buono ma molto caro per essere un ristorante per famiglie con sala interna, certo si paga la posizione in mezzo alle rovine romane, però una decina di euro in meno a testa sarebbe stato comunque caro, ma più giusto.

We visited here this evening after a strong recommendation from some local friends. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere and location is great. The food was good, we loved the traditional artichoke starter. The portions were deceptively big so none of us could finish our dishes. The house wine was really decent and reasonably priced. A lovely evening and we didn’t feel rushed

The artichoke and cod filet were amazing, we ordered more while eating it! The pastas we had were just okay. Roast lamb had a few too many bones and missed something and the ossobucco was only okay

This is a great place for authentic Roman food, with excellent and friendly service. We would definitely recommend it.

Fabulous food - as always! Cosy environment in one of the quieter side rooms - a really lovely experience. It was very busy, so our waiter was a little stretched - but he was charming.
