Ogni volta che vado a Roma, una tappa fissa. È diventata ormai una tradizione, e ogni volta conferma le aspettative: si mangia sempre benissimo. La cucina è il vero punto forte: piatti della tradizione preparati con ingredienti freschi e grande cura. Dalla carbonara cremosa e saporita all’amatriciana ricca di carattere, tutto è cucinato come si deve.

40 minutes for a cold salad iy is really too much and the restaurant was half empy!
