Il servizio è attento, discreto e appassionato, segno di una gestione che crede davvero in ciò che fa. Un’esperienza che dimostra come la cucina autentica possa essere raffinata senza diventare pretenziosa. Assolutamente da provare.

Mehr Schein als Sein, sehr altbacken und verstaubtes Ambiente mit ganz klarer Kundendifferenzierung. Restaurant erwartet Dresscode inkl Vorwarnung für Kreditkartenbelastung bei kurzfristiger Absage (hohe Standart Bestimmungen). Manieren des Servicepersonals sind jedoch absolut nicht dem Standart gegeben. Sehr unzuvorkommender Service, persönliche Begrüssung und herzliches Willkommen durch Chefkoch persönlich nur an gewisse Kunden. Weinwissen zu karg für das publizierte Level, dadurch war Empfehlung trotz grosser Weinkarte auf 2 Flaschen begrenzt und auch diese konnten nicht wirklich erklärt werden. Essen war ok, aber in Rom gibt es auf jeden fall bessere und herzlichere Restaurants.

The food and setting were excellent, unfortunately the male server was slightly abrupt which wasn’t too much of and issue but did notice he wasn’t so much with other customers, (maybe us being English didn’t suit him) also noticed the change of 3 drinks for my wife instead of 2, didn’t mention this just left a smaller tip

Our first time visiting and only a 5 minute walk from our hotel. What a find! Fabulous food, service and such a lovely vibe. Great wine by the glass and excellent value for money. We may well go back tomorrow!

Horrible service. The staff at the establishment seem like they have never worked in a restaurant or customer service setting. The staff are rude, abrupt and speak about patrons in the open. There is no knowledge of the menu, or wine list. The food is underwhelming and was delivered to the table without proper seasoning. My worst meal in Rome……ever.

Nous sommes en voyage en Italie pour une douzaine de jours et nous avons adoré l’expérience à ce restaurant. Une hôte accueillante, une fine cuisine et un vin chaleureux nous ont été offerts.

Quite disappointing. No atmosphere. Antipasto and ravioli were okay but cacio e pepe tasted of smoked meat, and zuppa inglese dry and tasteless. Music switched to terrible dance music from the kitchen for a while, and service confused and often rushed.

Best food we ate in Rome. Waiter was fantastic and suggested excellent wine pairing for our meal.

The Carbonara we had was the Best ever. Our wait staff was very attentive. The chef (Arcangelo) even came out to talk to guests and posed for a picture with us! The little cars on the table were just perfect!!!

This was the best restaurant we went to in Rome. The food was amazing, both for classic dishes and more modern dishes. The service was warm and friendly. We look forward to dining here whenever we are in Rome.

it's obvious that locals are not impressed with americans finding their restaurant and it showed with the constant staring and whispering. we came in as the restaurant asked - elegant casual - so we were super demure and dressed appropriately. we ordered arancini that wasn't cooked at all - just a ball of mush with a heavy fried coating. my husband ordered the fish special - amberjack that was just benign whitefish - nothing giving it a special taste nothing subtle just bland. i had the onion ravioli with garam which at the time was amazing but then day after on our drive to tuscany - i was in stomach pain the entire drive. the pour of red wine (2nd glass) that my husband ordered, was basically a 1/2 pour as she ran out as she poured but couldn't be bothered to retrieve another bottle. we ordered 2 cappuccinos for dessert and we got 2 espressos. The redeeming qualities of this restaurant were the most lovely busser (an East Indian young lady who spoke both Italian and English) and the dessert. Inflated ego of a chef was apparent all over the dining room. We loved the atmosphere of locals and the space. But we couldn't wait to leave. NYTimes did a write up and we thought we'd try it. They've gotten superb reviews - perhaps Americans coming in at 9:15 (OH! you need to leave your credit card with a 120euro charge if no show) wasn't in their taste. We had better dinners just ducking into a trattoria.

We each ordered Carbonara, which was quite salty and the pasta not al dente and in fact under done (a bit crunchy, def not al dented, which is preferred). The dish was quite rich too. The tuna/bean appetizer was amazing, seasoned perfectly.
