The fried succhini-flowers had no mozzarella and where too hard. The fish fried filet was so salty that was almost impossible to eat

Service okay, Qualität der Speisen eher durchwachsen (Artischocken gut, Kutteln unterdurchschnittlich), Ambiente sicher 1x sehenswert...insgesamt ein Charme, der v.a. auf US-Senioren abzielt, nicht auf Foodies und Reisende.

Fine and rather distinguished, tucked-away restaurant in the Roman-Jewish tradition, tipycal of this district (the "Ghetto"). A bit expensive, but hey you you got to pay for quality. For a big main course, a side dish, a dessert plus water, glass of wine and coffee, expect to pay 55-60 euros. If you want cheap, there are thousands of mediocre places all around...

La mia terza esperienza da Piperno. Accoglienza gentilissima; tempi di attesa minimi, sia per le ordinazioni che per le portate. Cibo ottimo, ma non avevamo dubbi. Eccezionale semifreddo. Cesanese da urlo. Servizio celere, efficiente, gentile. Alla fine conto onestissimo, visti cibo, vini, ambiente.

We liked the restaurant, but we suppose the experience would be more pleasant. We enjoyed the food, but we expect it to be more delicious because the restaurant is considered very good and it was ok, but not delicious. The codfish we ordered was tasteful, but it has nothing aside, not even a lettuce leave to turn the dish more “beautiful”. We think it could have a better presentation and something to accompany the fish in the dish.

il Ristorante Piperno rimane uno dei miei preferiti di Roma, tutti piatti della tradizione, carbonara buonissima così come il gran fritto insieme all’ abbacchio. È sempre un piacere ritornare.

Tutto eccellente. Carciofi alla giudia buonissimi. Ma anche carbonara, cacio e pepe e gnocchetti amatricina. Ottimi anche i dessert. Buona carta dei vini. Servizio puntuale e veloce. Consigliatissimo.

We wanted to eat mainly artichoke but we're a bit directed wrong by the waiter so ended up eating some dishes (fried cod fish/ox-tail) which did not suit our eating habits & taste & too much fried food...also the restaurant's conditioning may work better to clean the air which was smelling fried good...rgds...

Comme toujours les artichauts à la juive étaient délicieux et les fleurs de courgette farcies aussi. Service égal à lui-même, traditionnel et professionnel. Bref une valeur sûre. Merci

Benissimo cibo buono cortesia e professionalità . Sì lo conoscevo già ma mi ha confermato essere di alto livello. I fritti rimangono il loro punto di forza e la crostata di marmellata di arance amare era bonissima

Ottimo ristorante: eccellenti i carciofi e le puntarelle. I secondi squisiti. buonissimo il creme caramel. Metodo di prenotazione comodissimo ed efficiente. E poi il ghetto di Roma è un posto molto suggestivo. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

We had a lovely dinner at Piperno. The food was delicious and the staff were very efficient. We had the plate of fried cheese and vegetables to start. For dinner we had the steak, mixed fried seafood , Dauber fish ( Gilt head) and a terrific salad. We would highly recommend this elegant yet cozy place.

Ottimo ristorante ! Carciofo alla giudea e abbacchio scottadito strepitosi ! Location calda e formale con splendidi quadri .Consiglio caldamente . Non economico ma ne vale la pena !

Ristorante buono, saletta piccola, cameriere attento. Abbiamo già mangiato qui, la volte precedenti era migliore e meno caro. Speriamo nella prossima. Siamo fiduciosi anche perché vogliamo tornare presto a Roma
