We enjoyed the spirit of the restaurant, very friendly service, amazing food. Portions are huge, we were not able to finish, they packed for us. If you want to try variety, I suggest you ask for haf portions.

Ottimo ristorante, un po' caro. Eccellenti i fritti, gustosi e leggeri. Molto buoni i secondi della tradizione romana. Davvero ottimo il servizio. Un po' deludenti i primi, gnocchi all'amatriciana anonimi e i famosi spaghetti all'unto decisamente troppo al dente. Un po' deludente anche il dolce ma nel complesso comunque da promuovere.

I bicchieri di vino erano troppo vuoti Alcuni clienti erano un po’ sgradevoli

we've long wanted to visit Piperno and all our anticipation was well rewarded. Great atmosphere, excellent wait staff and amazing food. I can't possibly think of a single thing that wasn't perfect.

La gentilezza e la storia sono più che rispettati. Mangiato un ottimo carciofo alla giudia e degli ottimi fritti. Buone le animelle con carciofi e il dolce (Le palle del nonno) era buonissimo!!!

Very nice wine list. Fabulous artichoke appetizer. Lamb chops were very fatty and very salty. The veal while tasty was not tender(thin & leathery). And these two dishes were were the specials. Pass on desert. Nice atmosphere.

Love it!!! The setting was perfect in the middle of all this old buildings we sat outside on a Sunday afternoon. The waiters were super tentative and helpful. We had the artichokes and codfish and they were really good. Finished with sone gnocchi alla matriciana. Everything was good!!!
