Les artichauts étaient très gras comparé à mon dernier dîner . L’assaisonnement du ris d’agneau était relativement fade et absences des fraises des bois au dessert pourtant de saison ! Très décevant pour moi par rapport au souvenir de mes dernières visites qui restait un bon souvenir culinaire de Rome

Had 3 different sources recommend this restaurant, especially the fried artichoke. It was just ok. I’ve had much better meals for much cheaper. It’s a nice enough place, just not what I expected

Restaurant was highly recommended. Felt judged soon as we walked in the door. Service was poor. Dirty wine glass. Raviolis were good. Salad was very fresh. Gnocchi was not so good. Bread was not fresh and served Grissinis from a pre packaged and charge for it. I don’t mind paying for bread but at least be good. Ran into another table later on in the night whom felt the same way. Was amazed for it was recommended to me from a well known chef. Very disappointed!

Great restaurant in a quiet tucked away location! Would certain recommend eating in the courtyard if it’s available. Food was exactly what we hoped for and staff were attentive without being over bearing. Would definitely recommend

After carcioffi alla Judea, it was downhill. Lamb chops with more fat than meat, a wine unavailable, unimaginative and disappointing.

From beginning to end the Service, Food and Ambience was totally excellent from this wonderful family owned restaurant.

It was a very disappointing experience. The zucchini blossoms were inedible, the artichokes were swimming in oil and the the lamb chops were overly salty. We never return or recommend it to anyone.

Come sempre era molto buono e di ottima qualità! Solo dell‘aria condizionata non si avrebbe avuto bisogno se fuori fa solo 17 gradi all‘ultimo di Maggio. Ma il ristorante è molto buono! Anche servizio molto gentile.

We were put in a hidden room, together with other foreigners, young children and a dog. The food was less than OK and the waiter said the appetizer we ordered was too small to share, when, in fact, it was. We did not like the experience.

The food was excellent especially the fried Jewish Carciofi. Service is very good although they kind of rush you (a rarity in Italy) and the waiters are kind of un-friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed from the hidden location to the authentic food to the quaint dining room. We will definitely go back.

We enjoyed our dinner at Ristorante Piperno. The only thing we disliked was that our food was served quickly. Our primo arrived soon after we ordered and our secondo arrived with in 1/2 hour after we were seated. This type of service is not typical for an Italian ristorante.

The food and vine was very god. The restaurant: too much light and no candlelight.

Food was good. Service slow. Meat entrees were served cold. Wouldn’t go back or recommend.
